To relieve the sorrows of the suffering, Lord, you reside in Shirdi. You wear flower garlands, a robe (kafni), and a head-cloth (shaila).

दुखियों के सब कष्ट मिटाने के लिए, प्रभु आप शिरडी में विराजे हैं। गले में फूलों की माला, और कफनी-शैला आप पर सुंदर लगते हैं।

काकड़ आरत भक्तन गावें, गुरु शयन को चावड़ी जावें। सब रोगों को उदी भगावे, गुरु फकीरा हमको भावे॥

Kakad Aarat Bhaktan Gave, Guru Shayan Ko Chawdi Jave. Sab Rogon Ko Udi Bhagave, Guru Fakira Hamko Bhave.

Devotees sing the morning prayers, Guru goes to Chawdi to rest. The sacred ash (Udi) cures all diseases, we love our Fakir Guru.

भक्त काकड़ आरती गाते हैं, गुरु सोने के लिए चावड़ी जाते हैं। उदी (विभूति) सब रोगों को भगाती है, हमें वे फकीर गुरु बहुत भाते हैं।
